Just made a shakshuka from the ingredients which were hanging around.

  • 1x400g canned diced tomatoes
  • 1xonion, sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • a healthy serving of cumin
  • a touch of ground coriander
  • a touch of turmeric
  • more than a touch of paprika/ cayenne pepper
  • handful of parsley, coarsely chopped
  • Tasty sourdough to serve

Took around 20-30 minutes

Could add: capsicum, feta
