Just made a shakshuka from the ingredients which were hanging around.
- 1x400g canned diced tomatoes
- 1xonion, sliced
- 2 eggs
- a healthy serving of cumin
- a touch of ground coriander
- a touch of turmeric
- more than a touch of paprika/ cayenne pepper
- handful of parsley, coarsely chopped
- Tasty sourdough to serve
Took around 20-30 minutes
Could add: capsicum, feta
